TF-2415 Low-Pressure-Drop High-Efficiency Filter Bag (Reverse-Air Type)

The TF-2415 is engineered from 100% industrial polyester filament yarn, manufactured entirely in FILTER’s in-house integrated production system in Hsinchu, Taiwan — from yarn twisting, warping, weaving, heat-setting, surface finishing to final sewing. This vertical process guarantees product consistency, mechanical strength, and filtration stability.
With an actual service life of 3 to 5+ years, the TF-2415 series now also includes ultra-low-emission grades below 5 mg/Nm³, widely adopted across steel and foundry industries worldwide.

  • Anti-Static Safety Design: Stainless-steel conductive yarns every 20 mm discharge static and prevent explosion risks.
  • High Tensile Strength & Durability: Warp > 1500 Kgf/3 cm; Weft > 1200 Kgf/3 cm (JIS 1096); endures repeated reverse-air cleaning cycles.
  •  Precision Heat-Setting: Shrinkage < 3%; ensures dimensional stability and extended service life.
  • Optional Finishes: PTFE membrane, water/oil-repellent, or anti-static treatments available.
