Extending Service Life for Another 20 Years! Formosa Filter Bags Power Air Pollution Control Upgrade at Hsinchu Incineration Plant!


The Hsinchu City Waste Resource Recovery Plant has been operating for over 20 years, bearing the critical responsibility of proper waste disposal in the Hsinchu region. In this plant revamping project, Formosa Filter Environmental Technology supplied industrial dust collection filter bags for the off-gas treatment system, assisting the existing baghouse dust collectors in completing incinerator filter bag replacements to ensure continued stable operations for the aging facility.
 
  • High-Temperature Resistant PTFE Filter Media: Utilizes PTFE filter bags and PTFE membrane-laminated filter bags to withstand the harsh operating conditions of incinerators, including high temperatures, heavy dust loads, and complex flue gases.
  • Comprehensive Process Control: Ensures strict quality control in-house across all stages—from filter media selection, dimensional design, cutting and sewing, to final product quality inspection.
  • Made in Taiwan: Proudly manufactured in Taiwan, serving high-dust industrial processes across incineration, steel, electric arc furnace (EAF) plants, and more.

Looking ahead, Formosa Filter will continue to leverage its local manufacturing expertise to assist more aging incineration and industrial dust collection facilities with filter bag replacements, bolstering the resilience of Taiwan's air pollution control systems.
